  1. Reservation and Booking:

1.1. To reserve a yacht, clients must pay via secure link with credit/ debit card.

1.2. A deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled departure date. Full advance payment is possible as well, however 5% fee is required.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

2.1. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations made within 6-1 days of the scheduled departure date may result in a partial or no refund, as determined by the company.

  1. Alterations and Delays:

3.1. The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary or change the yacht due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or technical issues.

3.2. In the event of delays or alterations, the company will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or compensation.

  1. Responsibilities of the Renter:

5.1. The renter is responsible for the yacht and its equipment during the rental period.

5.2. The renter agrees to comply with all maritime laws and regulations.

  1. Safety and Conduct:

6.1. Clients must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the company and the designated captain.

6.2. Inappropriate conduct or violation of safety rules may result in the termination of the rental without a refund.

  1. Insurance:

7.1. Clients are advised to have their own insurance coverage for personal belongings and health.

7.2. The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the rental period.

  1. Agreement Acknowledgment:

By making a reservation, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  1. Carrier Liability

We require all our carriers to abide by the rules and laws regarding water transportation. Every carrier must own an authorisation allowing to carry the passengers and a proper insurance to cover the risks associated with their professional occupation.
Please also be notified that it is the obligation of carriers to enforce applicable laws and rules in the jurisdiction of their services.

  1. Company Liability terms

YachtandBoatRental.com is not responsible for any force-majeure situation or any kind of controversy or disagreement between carrier and client.

Our liability in any circumstances is limited to:

  • deposit paid at reservation
  • bank details for the balance payment (if required)
  • captain details (name, phone number) applicable to the order (all details are sent via EMAIL by us, NOT by the CAPTAIN himself by sms or any other method).
  • operator/ dispatcher phone number (if required)
